Terms and Conditions.
Introduction
The following Terms and Conditions control your membership in the TheSuperSaver.com which is
a part of Matrix Supreme and other projects owned and operated by Matrix Supreme.
You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your
membership in the TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme program (the "Program") shall be subject to the
following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and Matrix Supreme. These Terms and
Conditions may be modified at any time by Matrix Supreme. Please review them from time to time
since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued
participation in Matrix Supreme after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of
any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register
to become a member of TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme.
Terms of Participation
1). Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide Matrix Supreme
with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing
address and email address.
2). To the full extent allowed by applicable law, Matrix Supreme at its sole discretion and for any or no
reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
3). Members may not (i) activate or use more than one main Member account; (ii) select or use an
Email Address of another person; (iii) use a name subject to rights of another person without
authorization from that person; (iv) use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email
address to activate or use a Member account.
4). TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme will continue to do profit sharing with you as long as people keep on buying our
products or by buying new product packages.
5). By signing up for the TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme program, Member is opting-in to receive emails from Matrix
Supreme. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime.
6). TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as
individual browser activity.
7). Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent
with this Agreement. Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate
channels authorized by TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme. Member agrees not to attempt to promote other
companies or business opportunities to the members of TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme unless authorized by
TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.
8). TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its
rules. Any decision Matrix Supreme makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the
termination of a membership, will be made by the TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme alone or with the assistance
and advice of the sponsor and or upline sponsor and shall be final and binding.
9). Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme will result in
immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be
dealt with on a case by case basis with the assistance of the sponsor.
10). Member's discontinued participation in the TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme program or failure to notify
TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of
Member's membership and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings.
11). Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member
acknowledges that Member may only participate in the TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme if and to the extent
that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
12). If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent
modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only
recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the Matrix Supreme program and properly
terminate his or her membership.
Disclaimers
a). MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM
EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Matrix Supreme EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY,
SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-
INFRINGEMENT. TheSuperSaver/Matrix Supreme MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY
GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY
TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.
b). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER Matrix Supreme
NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS,
LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT
OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY
TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS
AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR
OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH
THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF
USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
c). To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of
information, Matrix Supreme uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the
confidentiality of Member's personal information. However, no data transmitted over the Internet
can be 100% secure. As a result, while Matrix Supreme strives to protect its Members personal
information, Matrix Supreme cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members
transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and Member does so at his/her own
risk.
d). This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and Matrix Supreme in
connection with general membership in the Matrix Supreme program and supersedes all prior
agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of
this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the
maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force.
No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act
as a waiver of such rights.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your participation at any time. You can only join as a free member first to see our
program, our products and services from the inside from your own back office. There you have up
to 30 days or as long as you like to evaluate our program make a decide, if you like to participate
you will be able to upgrade from your back office anytime or you can remain a free member.
After you make your decision to upgrade and purchase your products, there will be NO REFUNDS.
READ THIS CAREFULLY
All applicants must be of legal age according to the laws of their State, Province or Country of
residence and agree to represent Matrix Supreme and the Matrix Supreme Plan fairly and
completely, emphasizing that service & product sales are a requirement and that no fee can be
derived from the mere act of recruiting. The applicant also agrees that neither the company nor
my sponsor have made any claims of guaranteed earnings or representations of anticipated
earnings that might result in any way. The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold the company
harmless from any and all claims, damages and expenses, including attorney fees arising out of
the applicants actions. The applicant also agrees that his or her participation is not intended and
shall not be constituted to create a relationship of agency, employer-employee, partnership or
joint venture between the applicant and the company. The applicant also agrees and understands
that he or she has no authority to bind the company to any obligation. The applicant also agrees
and understands that all advertising including and not limited to radio, internet, and cable is not
permitted without prior approval and consent of the company. The applicant also agrees and
understands that the company may withdraw, change or amend the rules, regulations, program,
products & services, bonus offers and/or marketing plan from time to time and that the applicant
will be bound by the changes or amendments. The applicant also authorizes automatic purchases
renewal, administration fees and service charges to be deducted from any earnings or bonuses.
